Sankranthi celebrations at VSBM were filled with joy and festive spirit. The campus was decorated with colorful rangoli, and students enthusiastically participated in kite flying. The celebration reflected the rich harvest traditions and brought everyone together in a happy and vibrant atmosphere.
Placement Drive
A Placement Drive was organized at Vijaya School of Business Management in association with Vision Tech Academy Pvt. Ltd. The recruitment team provided insights into current industry demands, career pathways, and the competencies required for employability in a competitive market. Students took part in a multi-stage selection process designed to assess their technical , communication skills, and professional readiness. The initiative offered a constructive platform for students to interact with industry professionals and explore potential employment opportunities, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to career development and industry engagement.
Cyber Crime Awareness Session
A Cyber Crime Awareness session was held at Vijaya School of Business Management, addressed by Mr. Madhav Garu, S.I., and Mr. Chandra Mohan Garu, Reporter – Eenadu. The speakers highlighted rising cyber threats such as online frauds, identity theft, phishing and misuse of social media. They shared practical safety measures to protect personal data and encouraged students to stay alert and use digital platforms responsibly. The session enhanced awareness on cyber safety and motivated students to become cautious and informed digital citizens.

Vijaya School of Business Management (VSBM) successfully conducted the Graduation Day ceremony for the MBA Batch 2023–2025 in a dignified and celebratory atmosphere. The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Sri Gopala Rao Avula Sir, a renowned philanthropist, social leader, and successful entrepreneur, Sri.Satish Kadiyala Sir, Chairman KES group of institutions, Sri.Vijay Palyam Sir, President LCH and Prof.Ch.Chaitanya Madam, Principal VSBM
The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome to the dignitaries, faculty, parents, and graduating students. Addressing the graduates, Sri Gopala Rao Avula Sir delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking address, emphasizing ethical leadership, social responsibility, perseverance, and lifelong learning. His real-life experiences and motivational insights left a lasting impact on the young management graduates.
Degrees were conferred upon the students, celebrating their academic achievements and dedication over the two-year MBA journey. The event reflected VSBM’s commitment to academic excellence, value-based education, and holistic development. The Graduation Day concluded with heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
Academic Social Responsibility
Children’s Day was celebrated with remarkable enthusiasm and a spirit of joy at New Chaitanya High school, Abdullapurmettu. The entire campus came alive with smiling faces, colourful decorations, and a warm atmosphere that celebrated the essence of childhood. To make the day meaningful and memorable, Vijaya School of Business Management conducted a series of competitions under ASR which were thoughtfully organised, giving students the perfect opportunity to explore and express their talents.
The eventful day began with the essay writing competition, where students penned their ideas with originality and depth. Many wrote beautifully about the importance of Unity in Diversity Their thoughtful words reflected not only their creativity but also their growing awareness of the world around them.
Next came the drawing competition, which transformed the classrooms into vibrant galleries. Crayons, watercolours, and markers filled sheets with imagination—depicting themes like National Integration, patriotism . Each artwork carried its own story, showcasing the limitless creativity that children naturally possess.
The elocution competition was another highlight of the day. With confidence and charm, participants spoke on inspiring topics, captivating the audience with their clarity, expression, and stage presence. For many students, it was a moment of pride as they faced an audience and spoke with courage and conviction.
The celebrations reached their peak with a warm and encouraging prize distribution ceremony.
Free Mega Health Camp
We Thank our Beloved Chairman, Sri.Satish Kadiyala Sir our Pillar of Strength for helping us in Hosting a Free Mega Health Camp, a vibrant and impactful initiative organized by Vijaya School of Business Management in association with Lions Club of Hyderabad Capital, President Mr.Ln.P.Vijay Sir and Health Partners *Care Hospitals, Clove Dental, Neuberg Diagnostics, and Netralaya Eye Care.* Under “Fit India Campaign , Initiative of AICTE “.The event transformed the campus into a hub of wellness, awareness, and community service.
The camp offered a wide range of services including general health check-ups, blood screenings, dental consultations, and comprehensive eye examinations. Students and staff of VSBM and KVK participated enthusiastically, making the event a grand success. The college expresses sincere gratitude to the Lions Club of Hyderabad Capital and all healthcare partners for their dedication, service, and commitment to public health.
Employability skills Empowerment Seminar
The Employability Skills Empowerment Seminar was conducted at VSBM by Mr.Ravi Kumar, Manager, Training & Development Wing, Magic Bus India Ltd as an interactive learning experience aimed at preparing students for the rapidly evolving professional world. With real-world examples, and expert insights, the session focused on equipping participants with the mindset and skills needed to thrive in modern workplaces.
Mental Wellness Session
A Mental Wellness Session was conducted for MBA I Year students by our Principal Prof.Ch.Chaitanya Madam to help them understand the importance of emotional balance, stress management, and mental resilience in both academic and professional life. It reinforced the message that mental health is essential for academic success and long-term career growth promoting a healthier mindset for future leaders.
Karthika Vanabhojanam @ VSBM
We celebrated Karthika Vanabhojanam by gathering outdoors at our campus for a traditional community meal, symbolising unity, cultural bonding, and appreciation of nature during the sacred Karthika Masam.
The celebration not only strengthened the bond among students and staff but also helped everyone reconnect with our cultural roots.

As a Part of Academic Social Responsibility Vijaya School of Business Management celebrated Children’s Day at Government school, Surmaiguda ,It was a vibrant celebration of talent and creativity. The day kicked off with an essay competition, where students wrote about the challenges of childhood, India’s Unity in Diversity showcasing their thoughtful perspectives. The drawing competition followed, with colourful and imaginative artworks that brought Children’s Day to life on paper. Meanwhile, the elocution competition gave students a chance to speak on inspiring topics, impressing everyone with their confidence and clarity.

Team VSBM as part of ASR conducted various competitions at SRI IRAA school located at Mettu on the occasion of Children’s Day with great enthusiasm, featuring engaging competitions and a prize distribution ceremony.
